Illegal Possession of Firearms and Explosives

Our firm secured a dismissal of charges for clients facing allegations under RA 10591 and RA 9516. Due to client confidentiality, we cannot disclose the specifics of the cases. However, the charges stemmed from the recovery of firearms and explosives during police searches.

Through a successful legal challenge, we argued against the legality of the search and seizure. Our timely filed Motion to Quash and Suppression of Evidence ultimately prevailed. The Regional Trial Court of Molave, Zamboanga del Sur, Branch 23, granted our motion, resulting in the dismissal of the cases against our clients.
